SHIPPING POLICY

At Bambi Bunny Co, we are committed to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please kindly allow 1-4 working days. You will be issued with a tracking number via email once your order has been processed.

We will not resend orders which are delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Please re-check the delivery address before placing your order.

Please do not provide us with a PO BOX address or Parcel Collect address, as this may cause the parcel to get re-send back to us. Fee for re-send parcel due to this is on customer.

We offer the following:

  • $12 Flat shipping rate Australia wide.
  • $25 Express shipping rate Australia wide.
  • $20 Bulky item over 5kg ( Standard )
  • $30 Bulky item over 10kg ( Standard ) 
  • Books,Temporary Tattoos, Stickers or anything that are small, we can help posting them with just stamps ( no tracking ), please contact us before checkout
  • Free Click&Collect ( Perth Only )

Please contact us for international shipping.

Note : Express shipping doesn’t means your order will arrived the next day after you placed an order. This will just help to cut short the postage time( with no delay from the courier ). Please inform us by email or DM us on our social media, so we can dispatch your order right away.

PRE-ORDER POLICY 

Pre-order orders that are made with in-stock items, order will be sent all together. If you want to split delivery; please contact us, so that can be arranged. Extra shipping fees will apply. 

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, which includes for delays in preorder estimated dates beyond our control.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Refund is not available due to change of mind, mistakenly placing the order, providing an incorrect address, or damage caused by product misuse.

At Bambi Bunny Co, we promise to inspect and carefully package every item before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email hello@bambibunnyco.com within 3 days of receipt of goods with a picture of the item.

We will then provide you with a return address and you will be responsible for the shipping cost. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition within 7 days of notification.

We recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any further damage during transit. We also recommend using express post or registered post to track your item as we will not accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once we have received and carefully inspected your item, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the item and provide an outcome of your refund request. If your refund request is approved, you should receive the refunded amount within 7-10 business days of our email notification.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, samples/seconds sale items marked as ‘imperfectly perfect’ are non-refundable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
